If you are unable to successfully connect your first node or are unsatisfied with the dashboard within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact support@pbxshield.com for a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the dashboard until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
