1. The Service

PBXshield provides security monitoring and intrusion prevention for VoIP systems. By installing our agent on your servers, you grant us permission to monitor SIP traffic metadata and system health.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your Asterisk/FreePBX credentials. PBXshield is a defensive layer; it does not guarantee 100% protection against all telecommunications fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Payments

Payments are processed via Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.
